Hi Florida friends! Please share if you can! Room for rent — $897/month plus utilities (electric, water, and sewer average about $120/month). I’m looking for a female (age 21–26) to take over the remainder of my lease from August-March. The apartment is a 2 bed / 2 bath. You’ll have your own private bathroom and share the kitchen and living room. Must be very clean and respectful of shared spaces. Community amenities include a pool, gym, coffee bar, pickleball court, dog park, pet spa, and outdoor grills. The apartment also features a washer and dryer, dishwasher, stainless steel appliances, and central A/C and heat. Located in Ocala Florida. Can setup times for tours/meet.
About the roomies
The female you will share the space with is quiet, active and works full time. Must be clean. She owns a small dog.
