Big Master Bedroom (a little over 178 sq ft) and Master Bathroom unfurnished. Has new flooring and blinds. Room has a large walk-in closet (28 sq ft) Master bathroom has new blinds and a big shower with two shower heads. You are welcome to repaint the bedroom if you like. House has high speed internet/wi fi with Spectrum. Internet, water and electric bills will be split 3 ways. Living room is fully furnished including TV and blu ray player. Kitchen has usual appliances minus a non-working dishwasher. Also has silverware, dishes, pots and pans etc. House has washer and dryer. Located in Port St. John just off of Fay Blvd and between Grissom and US-1. I can upload pics of common area if needed and I’m able.

I am male, very quiet, clean and considerate of other roomies and like to usually keep to myself instead of always hanging out in the common areas (living room, dining room, kitchen). My current other roomie is a female and is also considerate of others (keeps volume levels down, cleans up after herself etc.) She does like to watch TV and movies in the living room from time to time.
