I own this house and I’m looking for a sane , responsible employed, grown-up to rent my spare room. Not a party house and my ideal room mate is employed full-time outside of the home, not WFH, not retired or semi retired or a student. I’m a non-smoker, non vaper and I do not use drugs of any type. Drink socially, but not a party animal. Professional female (60) with a happy active life, and many diverse interests . I’m not looking for any hook ups! I will require someone who is drama free, no kids, no couples please. My dog is not always good with other dogs, and she doesn’t like cats., so I am sorry I can’t take anyone with pets.

Rent is $800 PLUS BILLS. Bills are: electricity, internet, water sewage and garbage and internet.
