The property is a 3-bedroom townhouse located right in front of one of the main parks the area has to offer and steps away from The Collection Dining and Shopping area. Nearby gyms. We have full-time security and the neighbor is quite nice, peaceful, and community driven. Feel free and safe to take a late night or early morning walk or jog, it’s pretty common to see. The property itself is pretty much new and in great shape. The carpet is new. You will share a bathroom if/when the other room is filled, but there is plenty of space and cabinets. WiFi. Everything is accessible. Nothing is off limits. It’s your home and I want you to feel welcome. All I ask is for common courtesy and respect of everything being used and keep the entire space clean and functional.
Constantly working. For now, it’s only me. I stay in the master bedroom and just keep to myself for the most part. The other two bedrooms are down the hall. Easy to work with. I just like to keep my home a stress-free, relaxed environment.
