The apartment is fully furnished, except for the room for rent, and includes a washer/dryer.

I am 42 years old and share custody of my 9 year old son who will be at the apartment 50% of the time. I work as a college professor and do some consulting work that requires me to travel occasionally as well. My hobbies are mountain biking, hiking, and weight training.
