About the room
Top floor of a condo building, close to Speer, S Broadway, and downtown. Includes 1 free parking spot. The building has paid laundry machines on each floor, and an elevator. Theres an outdoor pool, and a community room in the basement with a pool table and exercise equipment. The living room TV is currently connected to a Google Chromecast, so you can really stream anything. I also currently have a Nintendo switch dock and a PS4 in the HDMI ports.
About the roomies
Hi! I am a 31 year old woman and have lived here for 4 years, and I absolutely love it. My current roommate is moving, and I need to fill her room! I work from home most mornings, and then have a variable schedule during the week. I always write my hours on a hallway whiteboard for transparency! I do not have any pets (per the landlord’s rules). I also don’t have any allergies or dietary restrictions, so the kitchen is fair game for anything! Of course, I’ll absolutely be respectful of the dietary needs of others. Happy to live with someone of any gender, preferably late 20s or in their 30s. I like to be out and about, and I have a side gig hosting events at different bars around town. When I’m home, I like to chill with screen time - TV and video games! I also have a fully stocked bar shelf and usually have beer in the fridge (usually taken home from work).
