I’m looking for someone to take over my lease beginning July 17 due to an out-of-state relocation related to an out of state relocation. July rent is already paid, so you can move in without paying rent for the rest of the month.

The lease runs through September 23, 2026, and you’re welcome to renew directly with the leasing office if you’d like to stay after the lease ends.

There is an estimated $300 security deposit and background check that the leasing office will need to approve the lease transfer.
