This is a great two bedroom house close to campus, downtown, the trial gardens and spring creek trail.

The house has a huge backyard, washer/dryer, off street parking and plenty of storage space. The lot is not shared with any other units.

This would be a great spot for a postgrad or young professional. There is currently one dog in the house and another dog would be very welcome! Unfortunately no cats
