This is an unfurnished bedroom in my home near Dysart & Greenway. The hall bathroom will be for your use. There is a refrigerator in the garage for you to use. Full kitchen and house privileges. Washer/dryer in garage. Garage parking. Must love dogs.There are 3 small dogs, 1 is a foster, who do bark but when they get used to you it quiets down, 1 cat but no inside litterbox. Looking for a friendly roommate who doesn’t mind conversations at times and sharing meals and cooking occasionally. I want someone who is clean and pickd up after themselves in their bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and laundry area. Taking turns doing the floors would be helpful. I just want a roommate who is easy going, friendly and pays rent on time.

I am an active 85 year old Christian lady. I do like having someone to chat with at times but I don’t expect you to feel like you are obligated to entertain me. My daughter is currently staying in the third bedroom with her dog and the foster for the summer. She helps me tremendously with whatever I need done. If you have a friendly small pet that’s okay as well. The house has solar power so laundry is done when the sun is shining, whatever day is good for you. I don’t mind sharing meals but will need you to contribute to groceries if it becomes a regular thing. I would like somebody who is looking for long term housing. Prefer 12 month or longer. If for some reason it’s not a good fit after one month either one of us can terminate the rental agreement. But if there is a problem just talk to me, let’s work it out together. I need proof of employment, references from where you have lived prior, valid ID. And a background check.
