This isn’t your typical roommate situation. The atmosphere is much more Artisan Works than traditional suburban living. Creativity, individuality, and mutual respect are valued here. The goal is to create a comfortable, peaceful home where everyone can be themselves without unnecessary drama.

The landlord is a music producer, the current upstairs tenant is a DJ, and the house is also home to Oliver, a friendly dog who loves people.

ABOUT THE HOUSE

This is my home, and I’m continually improving it. I’m always working on repairs and upgrades because I take pride in maintaining the property and making it a better place to live.

It’s a relaxed, comfortable home where everyone respects each other’s schedules and personal space. We all keep different hours, so communication and consideration are much more important than a rigid routine.

PETS

Pets are welcome provided they get along with Oliver first.

Oliver has done well with cats and loves people. He hasn’t had much exposure to other dogs yet, so any dogs would need to meet him beforehand to make sure everyone is comfortable.

LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO

• Has reliable income • Pays rent on time • Cleans up after themselves • Helps keep the kitchen clean • Respects shared spaces • Communicates openly • Is emotionally mature and drama-free • Does not use hard drugs • Is not a heavy drinker or someone who regularly parties

This is meant to be a comfortable, stable home—not a party house.

If you borrow something, just ask first and return it when you’re done. Mutual respect goes a long way here.

A FEW OTHER THINGS

• Cannabis is used in the home. If you’d prefer it be smoked outside, that’s no problem. • Guests are welcome as long as they’re respectful. • The recording studio is private space unless invited in. • If the room layout isn’t ideal, I’m open to discussing a room swap if it makes sense for everyone.

We’re looking for someone responsible, considerate, and drama-free who wants a comfortable place to call home.
