Covered back patio with man-made lake nearly right at the edge, washer and dryer and kitchen appliances as well as living room furnishings already provided. Pay half of rent, wifi, and electric, water is included. Pets are allowed but will require a 50$ pet fee and must be well trained.

Only other roommate is an industrial machinist. He is a very easy to get along with, agreeable person who enjoys video games, books, and mostly keeps to himself.
