About the House: 2 bed, 1 bath duplex— fully furnished except for the bedroom. Lease ends May 31st, 2027. Flexible move in July/August. Amazing living room for hosting game nights or movies! Kitchen/dining space, large backyard, bathroom with stackable washer and dryer.

Rent: $825/month + utilities. Security deposit and last months rent required.

Utilities: $35 WiFi/month + $19 Trash/month + Water/Electric/Gas (not sure how much these will work out to be since I haven’t gotten a bill for any of these yet, but I would guess all utilities will be about $100/month)

Location: Capitol Hill Neighborhood in northwest Fort Collins. Lee Martinez Park/Poudre River ~ 5min walk, Old Town 5-7min drive or 10min bike ride. CSU 7min drive or 10min bike ride.

About Us: My name is Katie (25F) and I just recently moved back to Fort Collins. I graduated from CSU in 2024 and moved around a bit since, but I’m excited to be back. I really value having a clean and cozy home and am looking for someone who also does. This is also an LGBTQ+ friendly home! I love to host movie/game/dinner nights with friends and would love to find a roommate that would want to be friends and hang out as well (esp since it’s a pretty small house). I love to cook, craft, hang with friends, find fun things around town, go for walks/be outside, and hang with my dog Lady May. She’ll be your other roommate and I’m looking for someone who is comfortable around dogs! She is only 38lbs so not super big and she’s short haired so she doesn’t shed too much.
