I’ve lived in this apartment for about 5 years now, moneys been a bit tight lately so just looking for a roommate. It’s 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom, so you get your own bedroom and bathroom to yourself. All utilities included, minus any pet fee’s. This apartment has AC, washer/dryer IN UNIT. Only shared by 1 other tenant (me). The clubhouse down the street, about a 2 minute walk, has a pool and gym. Open to all tenants in the complex. I do have one cat that roams freely, dudes completely chill, will not bite, will beg for attention though. Apartment is already completely furnished, minus the open bedroom.

About the roomies

It’s just me and my cat, I’m 24 year old male. Currently work full time as a manager at a restaurant, mixed hours. Not inherently loud. I do vape, but I ask any smoking be done outside the apartment (this is negotiable). Pretty average as far as messy/clean goes. Very rarely if ever have any overnight guests, I do have friends that come over once or twice every week or so. I’m pretty chill, laid back, spend most of my time either playing video games or hanging out with my cat. I didn’t put dog friendly down, love dogs but the few I’ve experienced tear up apartments. This is also negotiable depending on the dog.
