Looking for someone that would be interested in staying in my two bedroom fully furnished luxury apartment (pool, gym for $1200. My roommate will be away for six weeks 7/10-8/15 for a family emergency and I am trying to make it work.

Located in Casselberry. Central, around five min drive to Publix, Walmart, and maybe 25 mins to Winter Park or Downtown, Orlando. Safe & secure area and gated. Apt doesn’t allow smoking by any means. No pets. Two pools. Gym and laundry on site.

Would be awesome if they are a cool human being. Woman preferred. We could hang! Or you could do your own thing. :-)

About me: Hello all! I am a 30 year old working professional (marketing). I am a busy body, always reading, dancing, going to events. Bubbly, funny and kind. Subletting would include all common areas, one bed room and personal bathroom. I am pretty go with the flow but would need quiet between 11 pm-7am Mon-Thursday.
