July to March 7th. You get a private bedroom, closet, and private bathroom. Access to in-unit laundry and amenities on the grounds. $1000/mth to us via Zelle. If a good match, you will need to apply with the office. $49 fee. Background check, no security deposit will be due to the office - but we require one personally.

The complex is very quiet and safe compared to others. The apartment itself is also quiet 95% of the time. The amenities are quite nice and well-maintained. The office is extremely helpful. Ample parking. The area is not very busy as far as traffic goes and getting to Port Orange, South Daytona, Daytona, or even NSB is pretty easy.

We are not accepting pets, children, smokers, criminals, or active drug users (this includes marijuana). Our campus is smoke-free and one of us has allergies.

$500 security deposit straight to us on day of move-in, via Venmo or alike.

*We expect a background check through this site. If you seem to be a good fit through messaging, then we will schedule an initial virtual (video) call within 3 days. Then, an in-person interview will be held within 3 more days, prior to allowing you to submit an official application to the apartment complex. It’s important to make sure we are all a good fit for one another. *Please be honest upfront about any criminal record upfront, as the apartment will be conducting their own background check on you (if we ask you to apply) and they will see everything…it will also establish trust between us all.

$49 rental application fee paid to office once we ask you to apply.

Dating couple, male and female, (practically married) living in a 2 bedroom apartment. No pets. No kids. Non-smoker/drinkers. We are very down to earth and don’t want to come across as strict, we have just learned exactly what questions are best to ask and what our boundaries are. We do like a clean home and we pick up after ourselves.

We usually go to bed around 10pm every night, so we have our own internal apartment quiet hours 10pm to 7am, every day. We expect our roommate to communicate with us about the apartment and will not be looking to use the apartment as a space to entertain guests. There is ample amount of space in the clubhouse to entertain guests for all roommates. We both work full-time and enjoy having a peaceful home to come home to.
