About the room
A downstairs furnished room with its own bathroom is available in a townhouse just North of CSU. Ideal for students. The room is furnished with a twin bed, chest of drawers, desk, and chair. It also has a ceiling fan and good size closet. Granite countertops in the kitchen and bathroom. The living room features a fireplace, and a patio with fenced area is behind the apartment, where smoking is permitted. All utilities are covered in the rent, unless the PG&E bill is over $300, in which case the tenant would pay one-third of the excess. Off-street parking area is available
About the roomies
The other two roommates are a male/female couple in their 20s, who occupy the upstairs rooms along with their dog and cat. They would prefer someone else in the same age range.
