It is the Ditmas Park area on Ditmas ave. Shared basement apartment with 1 roommate. Single bedroom for rent. Smoking friendly only in the backyard, not the room. We have access to the backyard to hang out with friends. Area is a beautiful neighborhood that is lgbt+ friendly. Near the Q train, F Train, B8, B68, B49 buses. 30 minute ride to Manhattan. Neighborhood is filled with fun spots to hang out, restaurants to eat at, and shops of all kinds.
About the roomies
I work has a counselor at a youth center. 33 yr old female. Looking for like minded individual to share the apartment with. Landlord lives upstairs. There is a separate unit in the back with a lovely person who does yoga instructing.
