Non-Smoker & light drinker Please I have 1 dog & 2 cats so prefer no additional animals but not a deal breaker. I am respectful of a roommate’s privacy and need for space.

This is a great neighborhood and I keep the house clean. I’m quiet and very respectful. I work full time outside of the house and am often away on my days off hiking, wine tasting or out with friends.
