Private furnished master bedroom available in a quiet Raleigh home. The room comes with a king bed, side tables, dresser, private bathroom, large walk-in closet, and tub/shower combo.

Rent includes utilities, Wi-Fi, washer/dryer access, and shared use of the common areas. I work from a downstairs office during the day, so weekdays are usually pretty normal/quiet. I do have kids/family who may visit sometimes, so it’s not a silent house 24/7, but overall it stays calm.

I’m laid back, but I care about the house staying clean and peaceful. I work from home in the downstairs office, so I’m around during the day, but mostly doing my own thing.

I don’t really cook much, so you’ll have plenty of kitchen space and storage. Just clean up after yourself and be respectful with shared areas.

Overall communication is key.
