About the room
I am renting out the two bedrooms and bathroom in my Cape Cod style house. Both rooms are 10x10 or slightly larger. The only common area upstairs is the laundry room, so the entire upstairs is basically yours. There are two rooms so you can have one as your living room or office and the other one as a bedroom. It is a very private and ideal roommate setup. Home is in a very safe nice area off of Lucks Lane in Midlothian. Internet and trash is included. Electric and water will be split.
About the roomies
Iām the owner of the property and am the only other person who will be living here. I have two dogs named Shadow and Snowball that are very well behaved and double as a great alarm system. I enjoy strength training, cooking, reading, researching, and learning in general. I like a clean house, especially the kitchen and bathroom!
