Lovely fully furnished room tho fairly small but has a large closet ,very comfortable bed , desk and chair for a quiet mature female working or student to share large apt with 2 other very nice , honest and friendly females . International students are welcome. It is located near bus stop, very near university (10 min )grocery / drug store (5 min). Also beside Greco and Harvey’s. We have a family like atmosphere as in a home not just a residence. Everything is included all bedding ,towels , dishes , appliances etc. internet and TV cable as well as cleaning supplies ( cleaning duties every third week)

I live in apartment above and always there for any emergency or even to talk to a shoulder to cry on even. I have been a Mom/grandmother to a lot of tenants over the years. One of the tenants is a very lovely 23 old from India has been here for 2 years works and 3rd year student , the other is a mature lady who has been here for 13 years . We are looking for a nice outgoing female for long term or minimum of 1 year lease. No one smokes , parties or drinks ,does drugs , all are quiet and respectful. No pets
