hi everyone!! i’m looking for a girl to take over my lease at Village Green Student Housing in Raleigh, NC 🏡

my plans have changed, so i’m looking for someone to take over the lease for my room! (you do not have to be a student at State though, they accept anyone!)

✨ details: • private bedroom+private bathroom in a 4 bedroom apartment (3 roommates-all college aged girls!) • all girls apartment • lease dates: July 30th, 2026 - July 27th, 2027 • rent: $970/month (all utilities included! water, electric, wifi, ect.) • furnished bedroom (dresser, side table, desk + chair) and fully furnished living room • full kitchen (oven, fridge, dishwasher, pantry, plenty of storage) • in-unit washer + dryer • private patio • pet friendly 🐾 • plenty of parking

amenities: 🏊 pool 🏋️ gym 🏐 volleyball + basketball courts 🚌 free shuttle to NC State campus

it’s also a super convenient location with a 10 minute drive to the NC State campus, and 10 min drive to downtown Raleigh!

About the roomies

this is a really great apartment if you’re looking for something comfortable, convenient, and already set up for you! the apartment is all girls, and everyone i’ve lived with here has been genuinely really kind and considerate. the 3 roommates are college-aged girls who are easy to live with and good about making the apartment feel like home!
