A private, unfurnished bedroom with its own dedicated bathroom is available July 1 in a spacious 2,800 square foot home located in a quiet, safe neighborhood. A one year lease is preferred.

The current household consists of young working professionals who value a clean, quiet, and respectful living environment. Two roommates recently graduated from college and have moved on to start their careers, and we’re looking for someone with a similar lifestyle: responsible, considerate, financially stable, and tidy.

Rent: $715 per month Utilities: Typically $100 to $150 per month per person
