Private room and bath in a 3bd 2ba with direct access to Lake Lanier. Furnished or unfurnished depending on what you need. Full house privileges washer and dryer, all utilities and WiFi included. Plenty of parking, screened front porch (smoking area) there is a basement for storage if needed.

About me, I pretty much hang out in my room when I’m home (on the other side of the house) I don’t really know anybody here so I don’t have company really ever but don’t mind if you do. I have 2 daughters that will be here visiting the end of July (15 & 7 yrs old) I drive a Jeep Wrangler usually with no doors or top and my stereo is loud just putting that out there so you’re aware. When I’m not at work or at a jeep event I like to be down at the lake. Oh I also have a outside dog she loves people but not other animals no prefer no pets.
