Room in Sherman Oaks – Private Bath, Quiet Room in a Condo
Private bedroom with your own full bathroom, located just across the living room. Bedroom is unfurnished. Utilities and wifi are split separately.
Tandem parking is available — I’m happy to move my car as needed to make it work. We’ll share the common areas including a large kitchen, dining room, and living room, plus a balcony. The building also has a pool and outdoor areas to relax and BBQ.
Great location — just minutes from Ventura Blvd with plenty of shopping and dining right nearby.
About the roomies
It’s a peaceful, clean, and respectful household — I keep shared spaces tidy and hope for the same. No smoking. I’ve also got a small, easygoing dog named Pablo (18 lbs), friendly and calm — good fit if you like dogs or just don’t mind one around.
