This is a spacious 3-bedroom apartment with 2 full bathrooms spread across two floors, so it feels more like a house than an apartment. The home has been recently renovated with a brand-new kitchen, refinished hardwood floors, and fresh paint. It also includes two off-street parking spaces, laundry in the basement and plenty of storage. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, with easy highway access and close to the Quincy Adams Red Line station, restaurants, and other everyday conveniences. The total monthly rent is $2,800 (utilities not included). I’m ideally looking for two roommates to take the remaining bedrooms, but I’d also be happy to split the apartment with one roommate, with the rent divided evenly between the two of us.

I keep shared spaces tidy, communicate openly, and appreciate a good balance between being friendly and respecting each other’s privacy.
