About the room
Large master bedroom with private bathroom for rent and also smaller room with shared bathroom for rent at a lesser price ($1000). Clean home, lot’s of natural light. Large fenced in backyard and screened in back porch for hanging outside. Plenty of room for gardening. The whole house will be furnished within the next week (just moved in) but the bedrooms will be unfurnished. 10 mins from the beach and 15 mins from downtown.
About the roomies
About me: I own a small landscaping business so I’m working most weekdays. I don’t smoke nor drink and like to stay active and eat healthy. I like to travel a lot so there will be times where I am gone for up to a month at a time. Overall I’m very easy going and like to keep things very neat and organized but I am also not overly strict about it.
