Beautiful one bedroom fully furnished in a luxury (3 bedroom and 2.5 bath) townhouse located three blocks away from South Bay mall (Stop and Shop, AMC movie theater, restaurants). 12 min walk to Boston Medical Center, Massachusetts Ave and JFK T stations and UMASS.

We are looking for one more roommate. The bedroom shares one bathroom with my roommate (two people share one bathroom). Looking for serious neat students or professionals. Sober, peaceful environment (no drugs, no parties every weekend… you know what I mean). Luxury finishes, appliances, and furniture (everything brand new). Plenty of on street parking. About the people in the house:

$1,600 per month for the fully furnished bedroom READY TO MOVE IN! Just bring your suitcases. The rent includes all utilities (water, heat, central AC, electric), high speed internet (1GB Verizon Fios) and twice a month house cleaning service. I am in my late 40s and work as a Sr. Program Manager at a bank. The second roommate is a man in his late 30s working at trader Joe corporate office. Finally our beautiful and very social house cat: Carmela aka Moo Moo . Available for short term rental (1-2 weeks, or 1-2 months).
