Joshua is a licensed massage therapist, yoga teacher, and wellness practitioner. He enjoys meditation, hiking, rock climbing, and spending time in nature. He leads a healthy lifestyle and appreciates a home that is respectful, relaxed, and positive.

We also have two sweet, well-behaved indoor cats, Tiki and Kiwi. They’re affectionate, litter-box trained, and an important part of our little family.

We’re both clean, responsible, financially dependable, and considerate of shared spaces. We value open communication, mutual respect, and being good roommates. We don’t enjoy drama and appreciate a home where everyone feels comfortable and at ease.
