Minutes from the highway, Laporte Road, and San Marnan. About 10 minutes away from Hawkeye Community College, around 15 minutes to Cedar Falls. The bathroom is shared but there is a 2nd shower and sink in the partially finished basement. There is also a living space in the basement with couches, tables, tv, etc. The washer and dryer is also in the basement. Access to all is included in monthly rent. All utilities and internet are included as well. (I’m also open to negotiating weekly rental options) Parking is on street but I’m open to negotiating making room for parking in the garage.
