Hello!

I am trying to sublease my beautiful Master Bedroom. The lease ends June 30th and you are able to renew if you want to stay.

It’s off of 183A and its close to everything. I can ride my bike 20 minutes to everything; HEB, Walmart, Bars, Restaurants, Shops.

You can move in April 3rd weekend as that’s when it’s available.

You’ll have a friendly roommate named Nikki. She enjoys reading books and keeping to herself. She’s quiet but, willing to have conversations while cooking dinner in the kitchen.

The apartment does come unfurnished. Everything brown in the photos is mine (couch, coffee table, and dining table). I am willing to negotiate though on leaving the bedroom furniture if needed for you.

This again, is only a sublease. If you need a temporary spot until you get things figured out. It’s perfect for you! You can always renew the lease July 1st with a different roommate. (Nikki is moving out June 30th).

Deposit- $250 refundable after lease ends. Rent- $547. Electrical-$30-$50 (depends on usage).

If you have pet, totally okay! See and speak to the apartment complex managers.

Cypress Gardens is the apartment complex. There is a pool, gym, and a dog park.

Nikki is a 23 year old working female. She is quiet and keeps to herself. She loves to read books and is very friendly. She works at HEB full-time while figuring out school. Her boyfriend comes over sometimes. She is from Texas and enjoys casual glasses of wine.
