Room is upstairs, and the next room over is pretty much always vacant except for nights so you will have your privacy. Utility will be covered, including wi-fi, and washing machine/dryer are located in the garage. Parking is fairly easily to find on the street right by the house. Close to main areas, freeway, college. “Nicer” area of Esco.

We all work all the time but when we have the time, we like to hang out together. We’re all gamers and are huge foodies. We have an autistic son but he’s super sweet, and you would love him too! Let’s be friends :)
