Private bedroom available in a well-maintained apartment at Briarcliff East Apartments in Cockeysville. The room will be available around October 1. The bedroom is currently occupied, so room photos will be available closer to the move-in date or during an in-person tour.

The apartment has a unique Jack-and-Jill style bathroom layout where each roommate has their own private sink, vanity, and toilet area, while only the shower is shared. The apartment also features a spacious shared living room and kitchen, central air conditioning, and plenty of natural light.

The community is quiet, well-kept, and conveniently located near shopping, grocery stores, restaurants, I-83, and major commuter routes. It’s also just a short drive to Towson, Hunt Valley, and Baltimore, making it a great location for students and working professionals.

I’m looking for a respectful, responsible roommate who pays bills on time and helps keep shared spaces clean. I have one friendly cat, so applicants should be comfortable living with pets.
