Looking for a 3rd roommate for a clean, relaxed house setup in Fort Collins starting 8/1/2026

The room is about 10x10 possibly larger (see pics), and comes with a dedicated outdoor parking spot. Rent is $650/month. Utilities and shared household expenses are split between roommates. Bathroom is shared with one other roommate, so we’re prioritizing someone who is clean and considerate with shared spaces. The room has a closet.

This would be a good fit for any respectful student or professional looking for an affordable room in a calm house without party vibes.

About us: We’re two adults with two well-behaved dogs. We’re looking for someone clean, respectful, communicative, and easy to live with. We’re friendly and down to hang from time to time, but overall we’re trying to keep the house relaxed, low-key, and not party-oriented. Additional pets would need to be run by the landlord.
