About the room

Property located a few minutes from the Dover AFB. Quiet and out of the way. Property sits on an acre of land so plenty of room to move around outside. Room i is small, but clean and everything you need is supplied in the room except hangers.

About the roomies

It’s my daughter and I who live here. I am 41, spend most of my time working or sleeping. I work 6 days a week right now split shifts. I’m an introvert so just saying hello is good enough for me, if we click maybe a movie here and there. My daughter just graduated high school and will be attending college. She’s pretty simple, stays in her room most of the time, unless coming to bug me. We do have 2 dogs Bella and Nova, but fear not they are sweethearts. We also have a cat Marshmallow. They pretty much go wherever my daughter is (so in her room most of the time). I don’t do drama and I don’t want any where I lay my head. I’m pretty easy to get a long with I like a clean space, so cleaning after yourself is a must. I am not a 420 person, but if you are that’s fine just not in the house and there’s also no smoking or any other drugs in the house. I don’t drink, but again if you do that’s fine, just make sure you can manage yourself accordingly. I think that’s about it.
