One 10x11 unfurnished bedroom available, August 1st in Seaside. $1,200 rent plus utilities($200ish) and renter’s insurance($10). It’s a month-to-month lease that will require a standard background & credit check along with proof of income (3x the rent). I’m looking for at least a 2-3 month commitment.

The bedroom is in the back of the house with a huge closet (could fit a twin bed), cabinet storage above, & window to the backyard. The bathroom is between the back bedrooms so we don’t hear each other.

The house has a laundry room with washer/dryer & storage. There is a beautiful skylight in the kitchen with tons of light! The small backyard has 3 huge planter boxes, lavender, rosemary, & 3 lemon trees.

1 parking spot ($50) for one of the people that moves in & street parking. The house is at the end of a cul-de-sac. Msg me & lmk if you’re interested.

I’m a therapist & provide telehealth. I like to watch movies, listen to music, & dance. My dog Tucker is a 13 yr old ESA. I don’t cook, I pay my bills on time, respect peoples schedules & things. I work M-Th 12-9pm so I’m up late. You get the house to yourself in the morning:)

The other gal is a middle school teacher, loves nature, hiking, & is very personable. Her long-distance bf will stay over at least 1x a month. She is also respectful of people’s schedules & comfort.

We just need 1 more gal to make this our home!!
