About the room
The apartment is recently updated in a friendly neighborhood with lots of students. Plenty of on street parking. You will have a private bedroom. There is a kitchen and living area to share. Laundry facility on site . The area is quiet and safe, walking distance from a grocery store and a 151 bus stop (as well as slightly longer walking distance from a 91/94 bus stop), and only a 10 minute drive from Cal State Long Beach. It’s also only a short distance from the 4th street shopping district, which has all sorts of nice places to puruse, like thrift stores, bars, cafés, etc. I love this location and don’t want to give it up even though my current roommate is moving out. So I’m looking for a new roommate to share the rent. The landlord will require you complete an application and background check. We’ll share utilities which are usually about $70 a month.
About the roomies
As of August 1, I’ll be the only resident and need one roommate. I’m a fourth year Animation student at Cal State Long Beach just looking for someone friendly and easygoing to take my open room . I’m pretty quiet at home but occasionally have friends over. You are welcome to socialize or keep to yourself, whatever makes you more comfortable.
