2 Rooms with Private Bath. Can be rented Furnished or Unfurnished. Once up the stairs, there’s a door to your wing of the house. When the door’s closed, your hallway, bathroom and two bedrooms are completely private. Shared kitchen, laundry and family room. Used Ai to erase the clutter on the bathroom sink but it moved the sink. Sink is in the center of the counter. Better pictures are coming… Still in the process of cleaning, painting and installing new carpeting. Hope to be finished by August 1st. Will post non-altered pictures as soon as the work is complete. Super close to shopping and food. Room is month to month. Pay stubs need to show income approximately 2.5x’s rent. Parking is on the street. Smoke-Free Home.
About the roomies
