A living room space with a single bed , Mattress and a big chest of drawers + your own closet inside the bedroom . 2 Tvs, 1 in the living room, 1 in my bedroom . You have access to kitchen and utensils and all appliances. No heavy cooking .no pets no smoking . I am asking $1200 monthly rent payment plus 200 uitilitie and 1 month deposit. The appartment is spotless fully furnished and recently remodeled. The apartments Complex is huge , it Has a swimming pool / jacuzzi and barbecue area, tennis court, baseball play ground. A underground parking spots . A professional or a student female only , Straights, non smokers , no alcohol at home , no guests. No pets someone who has a common sense and can clean after herself on the go. .no shoes at the apartment just the sleepers. I do not invite nobody to my apartment. I go to my friends to meet outside .
