Looking for one person to take over my lease at SkyGarden Apartments (28 Woolfe St) for the 2026–27 school year! This is a 4 bed / 4 bath unit where every bedroom has its own private en-suite bathroom. The lease is individual — meaning you sign your own contract and are completely independent from your roommates financially. The apartment is fully furnished and modern with a balcony, and the building has a gym, pool, and study spaces. We’re right off King Street, walking distance to College of Charleston — honestly one of the best locations in the city. Internet is included in rent. SkyGarden’s own site currently shows only 10 spots left for Fall 2026, so this is genuinely one of the last available rooms near campus.

Hi, I’m Hailey! I’m a College of Charleston student looking to transfer my lease since my plans for next year changed. The other 3 girls in the unit are all CofC students — super easy to get along with. And since everyone has their own private bathroom and individual lease, it’s a really low-stress living situation.
