Shared use of kitchen, dining area, living room and washer/dryer is included. Monthly rent includes all utility bills making life easy. Quiet and safe area near public transport, grocery shops and restaurants. Looking for a friendly, responsible and considerate person who prefers neatness, quietness and takes care of the common areas. We enjoy a relaxed atmosphere and would like you to become part of it.
