About the room

We’re located right on Huntington Blvd and get to enjoy the view every day! I just finished building out a studio which used to be my detached garage. Open floor plan with a modern finish and brand new appliances (fridge, stove, microwave and mini split units. This studio has a full bathroom and kitchen, washer/dryer hookup, laundry room included. Limited access to back yard and all utilities included in rent price (internet, trash/water, gas/electricity).

About the roomies

I live in the main house with my two kids and my dog. We are very family oriented and prefer it to be mostly quiet. Our neighbors are all very chill and we look our for eachother.
