The available room offers plenty of privacy, as it is located on the opposite side of the home and includes your own dedicated private bathroom. The community itself has excellent amenities, including multiple pools and hot tubs, a fully equipped gym with a relaxing sauna, and monitored security throughout the area for peace of mind.

Hi there! I’m originally from Phoenix, but I moved to Las Vegas for school, where I am currently pursuing my Master’s in Social Work. I share my space with my pug, Oso, who is incredibly friendly and loves people.

In my free time, I love cooking and baking, getting out to parks and spending time in nature whenever possible, listening to music, watching movies, and playing video games. I also love creating things and am constantly picking up random new skills just for the fun of learning them.

The property itself is surprisingly quiet and peaceful, especially considering how conveniently close it is to the freeway and a major intersection. The neighbors and other residents here are mostly very kind, making it a great place to live. I’m looking for a roommate who is responsible, respectful, and looking for a relaxed, comfortable home environment.
