Looking for a chill, easygoing female roommate (20s–early 40s) to take over my room in a beautiful 2 bed / 2 bath apartment in Bankers Hill, San Diego. Lease ends December 31st 2026. Looking for someone that preferably already lives in San Diego so that you can meet the current roommate before taking over the lease. Ideally someone who may be interested in renewing the lease once over in December.

💰 Rent, Security Deposit & Utilities • Rent: $1,360/month • Utilities average about $80–$90/month total (split in half) • Internet is about $70/month total (split in half) • Renters insurance already paid through December 31 • Total security deposit (your half $767.50) • To qualify you do have provide proof of income with a full-time job being able to pay the rent. • Credit score 680 or above (there is an application that will be submitted with our property manager)

💛 Why I’m Moving: I recently got engaged and will be moving in with my fiancé. I absolutely love this home and am sad to leave, so I’m hoping to find someone kind, clean, and easygoing who will be a great fit for both the apartment and my roommate.
