About the room

Private bed and bath available. Apartment is in excellent condition, and I am the first tenant in this unit. Haven’t had any issues in the year I’ve lived here. Rent is $700 a month and this includes internet, water, sewer, trash, and electric. If utilities change a lot, we’ll discuss splitting the cost. In unit laundry and mostly furnished living room. Spare bedroom is used as storage mainly and will be cleared out before move in.

About the roomies

I’m a full time Electrician and my work schedule is pretty consistent. Apartment is kept clean and I’m pretty quiet. I also have a friendly well trained yellow lab. He’s generally very quiet. I’m looking for someone who pays the bills on time, is respectful, and helps keep the apartment clean.
