We have an unfurnished bedroom available in our 4 bedroom townhouse that you would be sharing with 3 other roommates. The house is fully furnished and no storage is available at this time. You will have use of the common areas. Close to Target and DVC. Monthly bills include: PG&E, Internet, Trash ( every other month) and water ( every other month).

You’ll be sharing the space with 3 roomies! Diego, Casey and Michelle. We all get along great and would love someone who is easy going and clean. We mostly keep to ourselves but the vibes are always friendly. Michelle is a preschool teacher who works full time and has a cat named Figaro who stays in her room. Diego works full time M-F as a welder and Casey works full time in the restaurant business. We’re respectful of work schedules and the home is calm and quiet. :) Light cleaning and taking out garbage is expected as we share these responsibilities.
