About the room
Welcome to a spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bath home in South Los Angeles! The available room is private with access to shared living spaces, a full kitchen, in-unit laundry, and plenty of room to relax. The neighborhood offers convenient access to major freeways, shopping, restaurants, and is an easy drive to Culver City, Downtown LA, USC, Inglewood, LAX, and the Westside. The home is intended to be a comfortable, respectful, and low-drama environment where everyone feels at home. Two friendly resident cats live here, so youโll need to be comfortable with pets. This is also a 420-friendly household, so applicants should be comfortable with that environment.
About the roomies
Iโm a licensed clinical social worker who works full-time and also sees telehealth clients in the evenings, so weekdays are usually work-focused. Outside of work, I enjoy going to the gym, traveling, live music, Drag Race, board games, cooking, and spending time with friends. Iโm also new to LA and looking to join a local LGBTQ+ sports league, probably soccer, tennis, kickball, or another recreational sport, as a way to meet people and build community. Iโm also a musician and performer. I sing, dance, play cello and piano, and occasionally rehearse or prepare for auditions outside of work. Iโm always mindful of shared living and keep rehearsals to reasonable times and volumes. Iโm looking for a roommate who values open communication, mutual respect, and a welcoming home. This is an LGBTQIA+ affirming, sex-positive, and 420-friendly household. We occasionally have friends over for dinners, game nights, or Drag Race watch parties, and I always try to give everyone advance notice before larger gatherings. I donโt believe in policing adults or keeping track of guests, just communicating, being considerate, and respecting shared spaces. I also like to check in with my roommates from time to time about whatโs working well and what could be improved. Life outside the house is stressful enough, so Iโd rather address small issues early than let them build into bigger problems. My goal is to create a peaceful, low-drama home where everyone feels comfortable, respected, and able to communicate openly.
