The bedroom includes a nice closet and your own bathroom in the hallway. You will also have access to the third bedroom(shared office space). Washer and dryer in the garage! The living areas come furnished, so no need to worry about purchasing extra furniture.

My husband and I are looking for an easy-going roommate to share this property with! We are both working professionals, architect and non-profit, in our early 30s. We keep things simple and maintain a pretty clean household. In our free time we like exploring San Diego, going on nature walks, visiting the beach, trying out new restaurants and bars, and hanging out with friends. We live a fairly quiet life, but are also open to socializing with friends and having a few folks over - but nothing crazy! We drink socially and don’t smoke. We also have two pups that mainly inhabit our bedroom and the backyard. We are looking for a friendly, communicative roommate to rent the bedroom and hopefully become a new friend! Open to a grad student or other working professional!
