About the room

This 2 bedroom, 1 bath smoke free home is located in Southington, bordering Cheshire, and conveniently located near Hubbard Park and less than 10 minutes from downtown Southington, where you’ll find nice restaurants and bars. It’s also close to Bradley Memorial, Midstate Medical Center, UConn John Dempsey, Middlesex Hospital, and Saint Mary’s Hospital if you’re a traveling professional! I keep my personal items in my own bedroom, but in the second bedroom you’ll find a full sized bed, spacious closet, TV, dresser and nightstand. Shared spaces include two living rooms, a kitchen, full bathroom, office, and basement equipped with a washer/dryer and gym equipment. The kitchen includes an oven, full-sized fridge, microwave, dishwasher, toaster oven, air fryer, and coffee machine, along with pots, pans, dishes, and utensils. Off the living room, is a small deck with a grill and patio furniture within a private, fenced in backyard with a fire pit. WiFi and other utilities included, SmartTV access, and plenty of space in the driveway for parking! Tenant must help keep the shared spaces clean and be okay with dogs, as I have a non-shedding, VERY friendly and loving Goldendoodle :)

About the roomies

I’m a school-based speech-language pathologist that loves working with kids. When I’m not working I enjoy working out, running, walking my dog Dallas, going to the beach, trying new coffee shops, and hanging out with friends and family.
