Big 2br1ba apartment in a nice neighborhood. Dishwasher and washer/dryer in unit. I’ve lived here since September and it’s great, nice and spacious, the landlord is nice and always around. My roommate and his cat are moving out in a month, so I’m posting his room. Bills are around ~$100/month give or take, depending on time of year.
I’m moving out 9/1, but in the meantime, I’m looking for someone to split rent. I work full time in Boston and am very laid back at home. I want a roommate who’s tidy, quiet in the evening/night, and a non-smoker. Do not message me if you smoke cigarettes at all, period! Non-negotiable!
